By accessing and using our car rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Provide valid identification
- Have a valid credit card
- Meet our insurance requirements
3. Rental Agreement
When you rent a vehicle, you agree to:
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
- Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
- Pay all applicable fees and charges
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
4. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
5. Insurance and Liability
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We recommend purchasing our insurance coverage options.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Additional fuel charges may apply.
7. Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional charges. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.
